Q. Do you do mentorships?
A. No we currently do not do mentorships.  Instead, we do joint ventures with our students.  In order for us to consider partnering with you on any joint venture project we need to accurately analyze the deal with the following information:

1) Lead Interview Sheet – Completely filled out.
2) ARV – With supporting comps (listing details and pictures)
3) Repair Estimate Sheet filled out – With Pictures
4) Debt on the property (From lead interview sheet…including any liens or back taxes)
5) Purchase Price

The profit split is determined based on our level of involvement.
We also offer Transactional Funding and Proof of Funds letter inside the community website!

Q. I’ve been scammed before. How do I know your real estate course is not a scam?

Q. I don’t have the money to pay for your courses up front. Can I still attend your courses?
A. As a prerequisite for all students enrolled in our courses, all course fees have to be paid for before the first attendance date. Q. I got my first lead, but I am practically broke. How do I lock down this deal?
A. We teach you how to legally buy properties with as little as $10. This may seem too good to be true but it is not. Part of any legal real estate contract requires that some consideration be passed between buyer and seller. However, consideration does not have to be of monetary value therefore you don’t necessarily need to have money to buy properties.

Q. Do you teach how to do a “short sale”?
A. Yes, we absolutely will teach you how to do a “short sale” from beginning to end. Short sales are the backbone of our classes and the major tool that will enable our students to succeed in the current real estate market.  We teach you how that process works and what you have to do to complete it.

Q. All of these short sale documents confuse me. Do you offer help with these?
A. When you take our Short Sale course, we will show you step-by-step how to fill out all of those confusing short sale documents. The purpose of our classes is to make our students fully competent in filling out short sale documents so that they can proceed independently.

Q. Is there a place in the Academy to get our questions answered, like a biweekly Q&A call or email contact?
A. All real estate questions are to be directed to the Forum within the community website. All of these Forums are moderated by the professors and other students within the organization. What Nick and the other professors do is look at the Forum and pull together some of the most common questions to address on the various trainings that happen each month.

Likewise, we encourage you to participate in the Forum within the Insider Academy because it really makes it a better experience for everyone.
